I understood he was still new at his job and took that into consideration during my buying experience. He actually advised me that leasing the vehicle was a far better idea than buying because of my line of business and the limited amount of driving miles a year that I put on a vehicle. He was very helpful to me. He should be an asset to Jenkins Hyundai. If I could not have leased the 2016 Velosetor I would have left the dealership. More

Hounded while waiting Went in for recall service on my Hyundai and got hounded by a salesman who thought just by saying "no pressure" he could get away with hard sell tacti Went in for recall service on my Hyundai and got hounded by a salesman who thought just by saying "no pressure" he could get away with hard sell tactics. Tsk, tsk Jenkins. Haven't you learned yet that hard sell tactics don't get you the most sales? Soft sell would serve you better and please leave service customers alone. Take no for an answer and also an hour later when the answer is still no. I learned from that one brief encounter that I would NEVER get a car from Jenkins Hyundai. Then, when the service was finally finished I was asked a second time if I wanted the car washed, to which I said yes again. But since it would take another 30 mins he offered a coupon to a local car wash. Never happened. Can't comment on the service here since it was an electronic update. More
