What a Pleasure I traded in a 2016 Toyota Camry (yes, 2016) for a 2016 Hyundai Azera because I was unhappy with the Camry's suspension and a lot of little things. I I traded in a 2016 Toyota Camry (yes, 2016) for a 2016 Hyundai Azera because I was unhappy with the Camry's suspension and a lot of little things. I really didn't like the sales experience and it took a lot of the enjoyment out of that car. What a difference at Hyundai. So far, I am very happy and am really glad that I ditched the Toyota instead of putting up with a car I just didn't love. I feel like the Azera is definitely an upgrade for me. Jenkins got the car from another dealer, and it has some small issues with the pinstriping, which Jenkins is going to completely redo for me. All good. More

Best experience I had in years! Love this dealership! I have been looking for two months for a new car but was hesitate of going into a car dealership. I filled out a form on line with Hyundai of Ocala and a gentleman named Joe Shows, Internet manager called me back and he was just interesting in answering questions with no pressure from him. Joe was a refreshing change and I was beginning to be more open about going into the dealership. Joe answered all my questions before I arrived. We had picked out the car before I arrived and He had it ready For my test drive within 10 minutes of myself arriving at Hyundai of Ocala Joe introduced me to Corey Britton, who came with us and was another superior customer service Rep. Corey explained every single thing on the car. He took his time and was so well informed and he definitely knew his cars. Well the test drive went so well but the car was a bit small for me so I explained what options I wanted in tech and safety features. Corey found me the perfect car which was the Sonata Sport with the apple play and safety features that allows me to feel more safe when I drive. Corey made me feel relaxed and took care of my prior leased car and Joe made the numbers work for both of us. I would recommend this dealership and especially Joe Shows and Corey Britton.
