The kid that actually helped us was amazing the issues are the other people, starting with the GM he called me told me to come to the dealership and they would take both cars traded in and would offer me are the other people, starting with the GM he called me told me to come to the dealership and they would take both cars traded in and would offer me the excat price or better then Wesley Chapel dealership. I explained I was working and when I got off I headed that way made myself very clear what I was willing to do. Needless to say everything was a LIE Corey is who helped us and got us what needed, the kid that helped us was not even a sale person he did better then your GM and Ur Sales people. They lie to get u in the building. Them almost 4 weeks later they try to chnage the name on the contract, yeah no im not stupid u had 10 days to change what ever you needed not a month. In the end we the paperwork to stick but not after several calls and emails and texts, they even attempt to bully us into the ' If you dont chnage the names sadly we dont have a deal and you would need to return the car' only my response was okay cool but how do we get our trades back i knew they sold them already. So after being bothered at work for a week day in and out they finally say ok we will stay with the way it is. This has been a xxxxshow to say the last my business will not be going to tnis dealership moving forward you have a few good honest people there just not enough to make me sta u with ya. The experience of getting a new car should be exciting and fun not stressful. More
