Terriffic experience all around!! I recently accompanied my son to Jenkins, to assist him with the purchase of an Elantra. Instead of it being a 'typical" disappointing dealer experie I recently accompanied my son to Jenkins, to assist him with the purchase of an Elantra. Instead of it being a 'typical" disappointing dealer experience...it turned out just the opposite. Kavon was our salesperson...and he worked the deal very well. He was understanding of my sons position, and did not try to "gimmick" him. My son was very pleased with the car and the deal. They have won a loyal customer there! We also had interaction's with several of the management team...all were pleasant and professional!! I truly recommend this dealership...without Question. Much, much better than Key Hyundai...which we also visited. More

He actively listened as I explained what I was looking for and showed me directly to two Elan My salesman, Jarret Lawfer, was the first to welcome me. He actively listened as I explained what I was looking for and showed me directly to two Elantras, each just as I had described but different models. He took the time to explain to me the different options on each, exactly what they were and how they would impact the overall driving experience, safety ratings and fuel efficiency. When I chose the car I wanted to drive and he went to get the keys, one of the managers, Glen, came over to introduce himself and offer his assistance and assured me that they were excited to help me purchase the car I had come after. Throughout the entire experience I truly felt that they showed me the utmost respect and worked with me to get me in just the car that I was looking for. Jarret and Glen made it SO easy, which is not often said about a car buying experience, and even the gentleman in the finance department was responsive to what I was interested in and did not pressure me into what I did not want, I know that we will be back when my husband needs a new car. Recent Tucson purchase Calib Alexander met us as we entered the dealership and helped us throughout the purchase. He introduced us to various other employees as well.
