We visited Jenkins Acura because of the high safety and other ratings on the Acura RDX. No plans to buy a car that day and I told Anibal Roman that when we met him. His first comment was to the effect that the dealership wanted us to have a good experience so we would think of them when it was time to buy. That was an unexpected, but pleasant, surprise. He then proceeded to have us test drive the 2025 RDX and it was great. Anibal answered every question with intelligence and accuracy. I am a detail guy and most impressive was the fact that this guy knew literally everything about the car. Both the car and the person combined made this car buying a great experience. This was excellent and unlike about every other place I went where you leave wishing had invested the time in a root canal instead. The remainder of the staff, from the receptionist to sales management, were all very customer oriented and added to us just buying a car instead of looking further. Believe it or not, even the young people there have a sense of humor. Kudos to Anibal and the remainder of the staff at Jenkins Acura. More
