I'd like to take the time to share my complete satisfying experience I had while purchasing our new 2023 SX Prestige Sportage at Jefferie Kia. For the first time while shopping for a car, I had a satisfying experience I had while purchasing our new 2023 SX Prestige Sportage at Jefferie Kia. For the first time while shopping for a car, I had a salesman, Matt Cowen, that couldn't have been any better. Matt listened to what we wanted and went to work. He supplied us with full details of our options and made every effort to cater to what my wife and I wanted without the unwanted pressure that can come with sales a lot of the times. I will also say the entire team at Jefferie Kia go's out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and to show their customers are top priority. I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle when I went to Jeffrey Kia. I started out with Mike who turned me over to Matt. Both of them are nice gentlemen. I've never bought a car by myself before and Mike G. was wonderful. The finance guy was great, too. The only problem was Secretary of State took forever to get the plate provided.
