We did our research on the Internet, then visited Green Tree Toyota. We were walking around the lot and Mr. Pizer approached us and proceeded to show us the two Prius on the lot. He was professional and courteous the whole time and made the experience easy. He worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the car and got the amenities that were important to us. I can't remember the last name of the man who helped us with the financing, but he was professional and courteous as well. He explained everything and we ended up buying one of the extended warranty packages. But unlike other times we have dealt with finance people, we didn't feel pressured or that we were being misled. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to testing the service department. More
