Hello my name is Pamela Butler and I purchased a vehicle from Superior Chevrolet through Ron Ernst. Rob was very courteous during our telephone conversations and during my visit to purchase a vehicle from Superior Chevrolet through Ron Ernst. Rob was very courteous during our telephone conversations and during my visit to purchase a vehicle. He was very helpful with my decision on the vehicle I purchased by giving me a variety of choices. His sense of humor wan't bad either. Rob was also very helpful in assisting me with getting both of my vehicles home. Since I live alone, I wasn't able to call anyone to help so he asked another saleperson to pick him up at my house after he drove the new car and followed me to my home. He also came up to my apt. to get other information that was needed so that I would not have to come back down the stairs. Rob should be rewarded for his prompt and courteous service. I am still pleased with my Chev Aveo. I referred my son to him who also purchased a vehicle from Rob. Even though my son was very pleased with his purchase also, he is not the type to write a letter, so I am speaking for him also More

Welcome to Superior Hyundai. I recently tried to purchase a used car from them and they tried to rip me off twice. Even after getting a “final” price in writing include tax and title, they attempted to tag an extra $200 on to my load for a loan origination fee. They lied to me and said they were only passing on a charge from the bank. After walking away and telling them I would get my own financing they agreed to waive the origination fee. Then they tried to tag an extra $250 documentation fee on to the price. Each time, for the loan papers and purchase agreement, they tried to get me to sign without reviewing the numbers. The funny thing is, I was getting a really good price for the vehicle, if they had just giving me an honest “final” price up front, I would have paid for it. I walked because I despise someone trying to take advantage of me and treating my like I’m stupid. More
