Oh where do I start, this is the absolute worst purchase attempt ever. Apparently they have a serious spider problem. Apparently the cars are cleaned at night and by morning they are covered in webs. Umm. Gross. Even the cars right outside show room have webs all over. We test drove the day before and had to get a web off the back of the door to get to handle to open hatch back after the drive. It is amazing how the spider problem is only on Hyuandai side of lot and there is not one sign of spiders once you walk across the lot to Superior Kia. Personally I would be embarrassed, it was bad. Have never seen this anywhere car shopping. The week prior emailed William back and forth a few times. Never clearly mentioned that you have to qualify for EVERY deal to get the Internet "baiting" price. Test drove on Sunday spoke to William didn't mention it them either. We said we would be back Monday or Tuesday and he said he would be there those days just not the weekend because of a boating trip. Guess who hadn't been there all day when we arrived Monday, you got it William i guess that is why i never got a call back that day, he wasn't there. Steve has to be the most uncaring, rude salesman ever. This dealer ruined the Hyuandai name for us. We will never buy one, and believe me I will let everyone looking at the hyuandai to walk across to Kia. It was night and day difference between the two. From cleanliness or pride in what your selling to basic manners and politeness. Oh forgot to mention when we showed up to look Sunday NO ONE came to help we looked at cars out in lot in the rain. Then looked through the show room cars before we were approached, a good 20 minutes. There were plenty of signs that this was a bad idea. Very PUSHY group of salesmen. When we weren't dealing with Steve we got to listen to another lady repeatly say. " No I am just looking today, not buying. " Very sneaky and shady dealership. Surprise the little things you try hide have to come out eventually, be upfront with it. We only looks at the Accent SE because of the awesome "price slash" online. That was the first thing the Kia dealer told us about, was one the were the thing hyuandai hid till last minute. Sorry I wasn't going to spend the original 18 k sticker price to this dealership. So we walked across to Kia and spent our money. I AM SO GLAD It was a bad experience because we are so much happier with our last minute decision than the one we took time to look at and think about. We had a great experience 3 years ago at Superior Honda and a great experience with Superior Kia. I don't know how this Hyuandai is a part of this group. The discount lot down on spring grove was cleaner. Sad. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about hyuandai but, wow this was BAD. Greed and sneaky, shady deals are a bad way to go. This dealer has made up my mind to not buy hyuandai. Sad that one dealer can ruin this bad for all, it was aweful. Thanks for being this way we would not have been nearly as happy in the accent as we are in the Kia. Everything happens for a reason, as aweful as this was, it was for the best. We were buying that hyuandai without a doubt in our mind, so excited about it to get kicked in the face in the end. Great Job I Love my Kia. I didn't know a thing about Kia's. Because of you, now we know the difference and it is a BIG one. We could go on forever but we are done. Thank you hyuandai (Steve) for sending me to Kia! More
I recently purchased a 2013 Elantra GT from Superior Hyundai South. I worked with Trevor Balsbaugh. He was absolutely fantastic. I came in and started by saying I was looking at different makes and mode Hyundai South. I worked with Trevor Balsbaugh. He was absolutely fantastic. I came in and started by saying I was looking at different makes and models and wanted to see an Accent, but that I wasn't ready to buy. Trevor was happy to show me the Accent and, after he asked a few questions to see what my needs were, steered me towards the Elantra GT. I had never considered it or even heard of it. I told him I had a budget and he seemed confident it would work in my budget and still get me more car with the rebates available. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. When we got back, I looked on my phone at their website and saw an "internet price". It said that it included all applicable rebates and discounts. I asked what that meant, and he clearly and politely explained the different rebates available. He then showed me what my price would be, which was in fact well within my budget, and even went as far as to show me different payment situations and consulted me on what was the best for me. I was very excited and knew this was the car I wanted, but I decided I needed to shop around and make sure I was getting a good price. Trevor had no problem giving me a copy of the numbers and even stapled his card to the paper. It took me all of about 30 minutes of shopping to realize Superior had given me the best price. A few dealers even had the audacity to tell me that there was no way that price was real and that Trevor was lying. I called him to make sure it was all correct and wouldn't change and he replied with "I can have the paperwork started and the car ready for you by the time you get here." Sure enough, I showed up and the car was out front, cleaned up and ready. Nothing at all changed and it was a very, very easy process. Trevor was knowledgable and able to talk me through the whole process, which was very helpful as a first time buyer. He was very easy going and never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. He gave me a full explanation of the car before I left and made sure I knew how everything worked. From the test drive to signing the final paperwork, it was much easier and smoother than I ever expected. Trevor even called me the next day to check in and make sure I loved the car and see if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Trevor to anyone and everyone. They give you the best pricing up front, they don't make you haggle or go back and forth, and they are true professionals. More

The experience, courtesy, and honesty are next to none. I received the best customer service possible. Trevor is very knowledgeable about all of the details of the different models available. He is also very patient throughout our several visits to the dealership. I was unsure of what model I wanted, but my wife was set on the Sonata. On our first visit we were exploring the market and the various purchase/lease options. Trevor was very understanding and provided us with all the information we needed. We stopped back later in the week and selected our new vehicle. They are the only dealer we found that offered a true ZERO down $199.00 a month lease on the Sonata GLS. All that was needed was about $600.00 for acquisition fees and the first month payment. Throughout the entire acquisition process I was kept updated and informed. The cars are so popular here that I had to wait for the particular color my wife wanted to be delivered. What we expected to be several weeks turned into about 5 days much to our surprise. The entire process was quick and efficient. When I picked up the car, I was once again impressed by Trevors thoroughness, covering all of the details of the car. While this was going on my new car was being prepped, including a wash and a full tank of gas. After the review of the vehicle we visited the Service Department just so I would feel comfortable when visiting them. This is my first Hyundai purchase and my first purchase from Superior Hyundai South, and I am sure it won't be my last. Everybody at the dealership was very helpful. Cindy couldn't have made the expearance any easier. I just met the parts manager today and he was very much help with me. From the minute I arrived at Superior Hyundai South, I was treated with the best customer service experience. Trevor Balsbaugh who was my sales consultant did a fantastic job of walking me through the spe was treated with the best customer service experience. We test drove a Sonata and again Trevor was very knowledgeable & informative. At no time, did I feel pressured or uneasy & as I indicated to Trevor from the very beginning, I was not going to be purchasing a vehicle that evening. That weekend, my wife & I returned to Superior Hyundai South & decided to expand our search and test drive a Sante Fe. As difficult it was to not purchase the Sonata, we knew that the Santa Fe was the vehicle for us. The negotiation process which we all dread actually went very well and again at no time did I feel pressured to deal. Hyundai South was very fair on the price of the Santa Fe and we agreed to the purchase. We wanted a blue Sante Fe only to find out that the two remaining ones that were in their data base had been sold earlier in the morning. Sensing our disappointment, Trevor asked if we could hold off until Monday for them to search for a blue Sante Fe. I received a call from Trevor on Monday morning and they had in fact located one in TN & Trevor drove & picked up the vehicle up and it was ready for delivery that same day. Again, excellent customer service. When I picked up the vehicle, Trevor was very thorough on his explanation of the vehicle and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was familiarized and comfortable with the features and documentation. He introduced me to the Service Dept Manager & made me aware of that process. As an added bonus, I traded in my car and had mistakenly left my garage door remote control opener in the car. I felt sure that I was going to have to purchase a replacement but Trevor made a call to the facility where the car had been moved to and asked if they could check in the car. Luckily, they were able to locate it and I have since been able to retrieve the remote. I would definitely recommend Trevor Balsbaugh as someone who you can work with and learn about what Hyundai has to offer. I also was greeted by the General Manager during a subsequent visit who was very friendly and professional making sure I was satisfied. As for the Sante Fe, we have less than 1,000 miles on it and I'm experiencing even better gas mileage than advertised and I look forward to having Superior Hyundai South perform service on my vehicle. We provided Rob with all the details that my daughter wanted and Rob was able to buy the car from out of state and have it delivered to Cincinnati. We surprised my daughter with the car by Rob bringing it to our house and parking it in the garage with a huge red bow on the hood. She totally loves it. I received a great deal on a 2008 Trailblazer. Everyone involved, from the sales person, to the general manager, to the loan officer were friendly, curtious and helpful. The last time I bought a new car the experience wasn't pleasant. Not the case this time. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. And it was nice driving to work today in 6 inches of snow in my new 4 X 4 Trailblazer! More
I was completely satisfied with the service and treatment I have received at Superior Chevrolet. I had started my search for a new truck online and within minutes had heard from Rob. He was courteous and helpful in giving me the options I wanted in a new vehicle. He was willing to work with us and so therefore we made a purchase within 24 hours of his first contact. Also the service department has responded quickly to a few minor repairs that need to be addressed since it was a used vehicle.
