Will Morton is the only reason I drove over 50 miles to lease my new Kona N Line! I first met Will over the phone when I was shopping around for a new Palisade. He was friendly, personable and extremely kn lease my new Kona N Line! I first met Will over the phone when I was shopping around for a new Palisade. He was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in leasing. We scheduled an appointment and when I arrived he met me at the door with a huge smile and said "Ramona I have the perfect Palisade for you"! He had parked it right in the middle of the showroom floor. I asked him "is that MY Palisade"? It was gorgeous! It had every feature I requested, he didn't miss one thing that we had previously discussed. To me, that said a lot about Will, he had actually listened and paid attention to our conversation. We went over all the bells & whistles, right down to the simplest features. For the first time in my entire life (first new car purchased at 18 now 65) of buying/leasing a new car I totally enjoyed the experience all because of Will Morton. He actually made it fun, that's right, I said "fun"! There wasn't any stress or pressure like I've experienced at other dealerships, he was upbeat and happy to be helping me with my new vehicle. And that is the reason I recently drove over 50 miles again to lease another vehicle from Will. I didn't give it a second thought, I knew what dealership and who I would see to get my new Kona N Line! He hit it out of the park once again! If you want a happy, stress free and fun car buying experience I highly recommend seeing Will Morton at Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai in Cincinnati OH! More

Kerry Hyundai of Florence has had my car 4 different times in 2023 and once in 2024 for the same exact issue. Car was always given back to me saying either issue is fixed or that there is nothing wrong. After getting the run around and excuses, yet again, from the Kerry Hyundai Service Manager, I finally went to Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai. The technicians at Superior found the issue within 2 hours of my appointment time and had the car repaired and returned to me within 4 days. Keenen was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai is now my Hyundai choice to go to, even though the drive is 30 minutes away instead of 5 minutes to Kerry. More
My experience at this dealer has been nothing but outstanding. This is my second purchase here in 2023. This time I was able to find a car online, talk to the sales manager, made application through a text link, get the 0% financing approved (due to my credit score) and I am on my way to another new car. Hyundai makes great cars and I have had nothing but good experiences at this dealership. Kudos to the sales manager for stepping up when my salesperson was out! More
I would not recommend using the Service Department at Wyler Superior Hyundai, if my experience is an indication of their normal level of service. I have purchased a new Kona from Wyler, and it now has 6 Wyler Superior Hyundai, if my experience is an indication of their normal level of service. I have purchased a new Kona from Wyler, and it now has 61K miles. The check engine light came on, and I was informed by the Service Tech that it would cost $540 just for the diagnostic. They said that amount would be refunded if the work needed fell under the warranty. $540 to plug a car into a computer seems a bit excessive. When I tried to make an appointment, they could not schedule for 6 weeks. Since I cannot be without the car for 6 weeks, i contacted my local mechanic. He did not charge for a diagnostic, and the total bill to replace the part was $164. Not only is Wyler overcharging for diagnostics, they push appointments out so far that people cannot wait that long. The warranty could be a million miles, but is worthless if a car cannot be serviced. I will not be using Wyler service, and i will not buy a car from this dealership. More
I was purchasing a used vehicle and was going to put 6000 down on a 13800 fusion. My sales guy goes to get me financed and came back with a crazy payment number . So Tim the manager says he got me a loan at 16 percent and the car went up 2000 dollars cause the bank charged him that much to get the loan for me and he wasn’t going to pay it. Unbelievable. I would’ve bought that car. More

Another local dealer quoted me $385/mo for 36 months w/ 12k miles a year. Jeff Wyler Hyundai: 1) insisted they couldn't give me a price at all unless I ran my credit (I told them my score for modeling purposes) before relenting. 2) quoted $589/month for exact same car with same MSRP except different color. 3) had added $6,600 in add-ons I didn't ask for, agree to, or bother to discuss with me 4) after taking it all off, and two more rounds of negotiations, said they could do $400/month but for a car without features that were included in the one I drove/the one at the other dealer. 5) repeatedly asked me to "initial" hand-scrawled calculations to "show I was comfortable with that deal" without explaining what that would mean or what I was agreeing to, if anything (I didn't initial). Please stay away from this place & go to Columbia Hyundai if you're in the Cincinnati area. If you are uncomfortable negotiating, DEFINITELY stay away. More
I would avoid this brand absolutely. Let this serve as a warning to all hyundai owners and prospective buyers. This company does not support their customers or their products. My 2018 So Let this serve as a warning to all hyundai owners and prospective buyers. This company does not support their customers or their products. My 2018 Sonata's engine failed on July 15, 2022 after two years of back and forth with my dealership (elgin hyundai) . After Elgin Hyundai falsified reports to hyundai national passing my engine through an oil consumption test when it should have failed. I then took my car to a new dealership who had to redo all past tests. Their directive was drive the car until it fails. Hyundai won't do anything until then!. The service advisor stated when it fails towe it to the nearest location and hyundai will take it from there. It just so happened to fail in Cincinnati, Ohio. 6 hours from my home in Illinois. The closest dealership was Jeff Wyler, superior hyundai and this is where my car has sat since July, 15th and it is now 11/18. After my car broke down It took over a month for hyundai to return my call. Jeff wyler refused to return my call or hyundai national calls. To this point after two months I rented a car and drove the 6 hours to Jeff wyler. At that point in time upon arriving to the dealership the service advisor stated it would take 6-16 months for them to evaluate my vehicle. I cleaned out my car and did what hyundai national advised me of ....wait! However while at jeff wyler i did speak to their sales manager Tim about a possilbe buy out. Tim advised me that they would not be able to purchase my car unil its completely fixxed. Again, months went by and Jeff wyler again is not returning my or hyundai's calls and out of the blue on 11/17 I receive a call from the service department at Jeff wyler stating my car is ready for pick up and there was never anything wrong with it and to remove it from their lot. After a few calls with the service department and sales office I received a multitude of different stories of what tests my car went through and what was done to determine it was tip top. I then immediately called Tim in sales and advised his service department stated my car was fine and that they drove it and I could come pick it up, I inquired what his offer would be. We came to a number that would pay off the remainder of my loan. However Tim stated he would have to drive it and confirm it's condition and drive ability. Which seemed odd to me as the service department just told me it was safe enough to drive back to Illinois and that there was nothing wrong with it. I questioned this and was told I would receive a call back, which I didn't. I then drove the 6 hours again to Cincinnati the next morning only to find out jeff wyler lost my keys with in the 24 hours they told me to come get it and when I arrived at the dealership at 1pm on 11/18. I was assured they would find it or they would at least be able to program a new fob and we were told to wait. After 2 hours we were informed they would have to order a fob and we would need to handle this at a later time. They gave me the expectation of the receipt of the new fob the following Monday 11-21. It is now 12-07 and I have yet to hear anything. They have not returned my multiple emails and calls regarding my car. I am at a loss with this and filed a formal complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office. More
Tried to buy 2 cars today. The Jeff Wyler monthly payment calculator showed $270/month each on two idential cars. They came back with a number 120% over their advetised price The Jeff Wyler monthly payment calculator showed $270/month each on two idential cars. They came back with a number 120% over their advetised price after putting 5k down. When you get on the lot they tell you they are charging an extra 12% over MSRP and their advertised price because used cars are selling higher. Their best price was still 26% over advertised price. AUTO DEALER FRAUD; 1. Inflating the total purchase price above the invoice or sticker price, such as by concealing options the consumer did not request, or by including other unapproved and undisclosed fees; 2. Advertising a vehicle for a certain price and then telling consumers that the advertised deal is no longer available and attempting to sell them the same vehicle at a higher price, often known as a “bait and switch” scheme. These are top down policies Jeff Wyler might want to check out FTCA. I will say the sales guy was really nice and its obvious he wasn't part of the fraud. I have bought all my cars and trucks from the Jeff Wyler group but never again today was just insulting. Advertised price with $5K down $270/month, their final offer $356/month, 131% of advertised price. Don't waste your time unless you want to get taken advantage of. More
