Why doesnt your Chevy Service dept ever answer their phone?? Chevy Service is very slow and they do not answer their phone. I had my car towed in on a Wednesday eve. they said it would be done on Friday. I did n Chevy Service is very slow and they do not answer their phone. I did not hear anything. finally I called Chevy service at Jeff Wyler Springfield on Monday and could not get through because they would not answer their phone 2 days in a row and they did not answer their phone. Tuesday I tried again same thing! I was finally disconnected when they tried to transfer me both days. Finally I left a message with the receptionist and received a call a few hours later. I had to ask how the repair was going and was told it was done. why didn't they call me when it was done?????? When I showed up to pick up my car the cashier was not at her desk. We waited 15 Min. finally someone had to call her to come help us. I think I will take my Vehicles to Urbana from now on. More

Buying a car can be fun The first new car I bought was from Jeff Wyler in 2008, so when it came time for me to "upgrade" to a shiny new vehicle, I came back to Jeff Wyler. The experience was just as good as it was back in 2008. They treated me like family, and I was driving home in my new car within a couple hours. These guys are awesome, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

After driving a new Chrysler, Caddilac , and Hyundia Genisis, we purchased the Hyundia Genisis.. Tom Loney was so helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Loney is an outstanding salesperson. I would have liked to have had him for one of my Regional Managers when I was at the commission. The Dodge Ram Truck is absolutely the best truck that we have ever purchased - never had a problem. I checked in, walked around the lot checking out the new Trax and Colorado on the lot, went back inside and watched tv while chatting with a few associates and before i knew it my car was ready. Gotta love the free scheduled maintenance for the first 2 years/24k miles! My only request would be to expand service hours. That's not too convenient for someone working 9-5 Monday-Friday. More

Lease I have never had such a wonderful experience. I went in looking for a SUV and I got a Chevy Equinox. Bobby Sells & Steve Mougey were outstanding. There was no pressure and they were very informative about the vehicle I ended up leasing. They went above & beyond to get me what I wanted. I will refer Jeff Wyler to everyone I know. 5 Star A + Sales Very very satisfied I was ready to buy a new Ford Explorer, but was exploring my options. I called Jeff Wyler and spoke to Andy Richards about Chevy comparable vehicles. I was ready to buy a new Ford Explorer, but was exploring my options. I called Jeff Wyler and spoke to Andy Richards about Chevy comparable vehicles. I recently had surgery and was not able to drive to the lot to look at vehicles. Within the hour, Andy drove a 2015 Chevy Traverse to my house for me to check out. I didn't know car salesman made house calls, but in this case he did and I wound up leasing the very vehicle he brought to my house. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the excellent performance with Andy. A+++++++++++++ 5 Star rating all the way !!!!!!!!!!! More
