There is not much you can do honestly, me and my co signer have been trying to get all this taken care of for over a year and every time we try we either get approached to purchase a brand new car that we cant afford and would need to run our credit to do or just get told there is nothing you guys can do cause there is nothing wrong with our cars until something completely breaks or in my case the warranty is over. I have all my printouts from when I took my truck in over the past year and the complaint is always the same and is still relevant. I called managers and so has my cosigner and we have never got a response so what would be different about it this time?

We have emailed the Service Manager and advised him that we have told you that he would be in contact with you. We will follow up with him to make sure he does so. You may also contact the General Sales Manager or the General Manager at the store to see if anything can be done. We appreciate your frustration, one of the worst things a customer can be told is that we could not duplicate the issue so therefore there is nothing we can do. It happens a lot in service because they cannot always solve the issues however that is definitely no excuse for their lack of contacting you and explaining everything to you. Even if they cannot solve the issue at the very least they need to contact you and let you know they care.

Yes well there is something wrong with my car. I know there is I am not a moron and i deserve to be treated as so. My car like stutters while im driving when it is idling it makes a awful sound and sometimes when i start it, the engine or transmission sound like it is grinding. You cant tell me for a year nothing is wrong with it yet always find something different unrelated to the issue i have been complaining about for over a year now.
