The wyler experience I bought a new 2014 chevy cruz Jake Bowen was awesome it has a ding and scratch on it .The service guy that wrote me up let my vehicle sit there for a I bought a new 2014 chevy cruz Jake Bowen was awesome it has a ding and scratch on it .The service guy that wrote me up let my vehicle sit there for a whole day without telling Jake that it was there. Reschedule for another day the same service guy who wrote me up he sits next to Bill , I can't recall his name I ask him can I get a car wash when my service is done and he gave me a hard time about that. He is the one that had my car sit there before for 8 hours without following thru with Jake. I normally don't have any problems with service he need a brush up with customer service. Jake gets 5 stars his personality is awesome. More

Two weeks into the purchase, the airbag control module went south. This was a $1700 repair which they covered. They had my truck for three days but provided me a rental at no cost. The sales lady, Lisa VanVelsor was awesome, both of our vehicles were purchased through her. I am normally not a fan of dealerships but I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler! The lady in Service, Chelsea, was also incredibly awesome in making sure everything was taken care of and covered, even replacing the lock on the bed door that no one noticed was not working (and no charge for that either). More
