Jeff Schmitt Mazda

We purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass from the Jeff Schmitt Nissan location in Alpha. We met Jesse Tenney as we were driving through the Jeff Schmitt Mazda lot (across the street)late one evening. Even though he was there well past their closing time, he was happy to stop and answer a question for us (and then gave us his business card). We called him back a couple days later after we had researched cars on jeffdeals.com. He met with us at 3 different lots (Nissan, Mazda, and one of the Fairbord locations) because we wanted to test drive some other cars. In the end, we settled on the very first car we found on the Nissan lot. Jesse was awesome to deal with! He was very professional, friendly and patient. We did not feel pressured at all. He stayed with us until 11pm last night while we waited to sign the sale papers. All of the people we talked with were very very nice. Jamie Tolle even ordered pizza for us and the other folks that were waiting. Todd(our finance manager)was very plesant to deal with as well. It was a very nice experience much to my suprise. Even though were were buying a relatively inexpensive car, the experience made us feel like we were just as valued as someone spending a lot more money. We purchased a Cadillac STS a couple years ago from Jeff Schmitt and had a good experience then too. We really like the jeffdeals.com site. Its nice to be able to search the whole inventory (regardless of location). We like the easy access to the CarFax reports and the other helpful information that is provided for each and every car. We will definitely contact Jesse again when we are in the market for our next car/truck. More

The only bad part of the experience I had was when signing the paperwork. The gentleman asked me if I wanted life insurance and extended warranty. I told him AT LEAST 3 times I did not want it, and signing the paperwork. The gentleman asked me if I wanted life insurance and extended warranty. It made me so upset I had to get up and walk away to the restroom because I was on the verge of tears. I even considered just calling the whole thing off and not buying the car. I understand he has a job to do, but when someone tells you no, what part of that (3 times) wouldn't he understand and then try to make me feel badly about my decision? On the bright side Jesse Tenney was an awesome sales person. He is the reason we came to the dealership to buy a car. He made us feel welcome and answered all the questions we had. I can't say enough great things about him. More
