Had a good experience. They stayed late on a Sunday to complete the sales paperwork, which I thought was pretty nice. There was one other customer completing her sale, and Jesse made sure to give us both complete the sales paperwork, which I thought was pretty nice. They also did a good job of getting things done even though I didn't have any information for the existing loan I carried over. My only complaint is that I didn't get as much out of my trade-in as what I had hoped. They go by autotrader's price guidelines instead of Kelley Blue Book, and they felt they'd need to put additional money toward fixing the exterior scratches and stuff. But I didn't try to negotiate or anything, so I can't really be -that- bummed about it, hence the '4' in the price category. More

Ms. Bajkin was a good sales person, she was personable, helpful, and came in on her day off to sell a car. She went above and beyond acquanting me with the car I bought. Jay Schmitt was friendly but did not do what he alluded to the day before The deal was not fantastic. Process negotiation was too long, that is the main reason I do not buy new cars. The finance man, who I don't know his name was was lacksadasical, almost said a swear word, unorganized, and was another reason the process took too long.(can't read his signature, either sc of sr or rc) My experience would have been a 5 if it was not for the finance man. Needs to grow up. When I turned down his product he started telling me all the bad things that happened to his friends and him and how the product was very benefical for them and him. I guess his 24-25 years of living has provided him with more experience then my 58 years. It also took 3 1/2 hrs. to buy a car that I had already picked out the day before. More

I inititally went at maybe purchasing a car in April. Jesse took me a couple test drives and was very personable. I was not sure about making a purchase my first visit to the dealership so I went home and thought about it for a month or so. I called up to the dealership and ask Rick if it would be okay if I were to come up and test drive a few more cars. He said sure no problem. So when I got there both Rick and Jesse greeted me and Jesse took me on a few more test drives. I decided to go with the 2012 Mazda 3 because I loved the features of the car and the sporty look to it. The gas mileage also was a plus! I love this dealership the salesman were very nice and they weren't pushy! I originally went somewhere else and the salesman there were pushy and if you didnt buy right then and there they didn't want to deal with you! Jeff Schmitt you run your business like every car lot should run their business! You guys Rock! Thanks Jesse and Rick for making my car buying an easy process for me.
