Contacted dealer through the Internet. Made a appt. to test drive a Mazda-3 and once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a real nice friendly sales person(Reggie Jackson ) we drove the vehicle a test drive a Mazda-3 and once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a real nice friendly sales person(Reggie Jackson ) we drove the vehicle an I was only looking to test drive vehicles until I found one I liked . I originally went in looking for a indigo lights mazda 3, but soon realized I much more wanted a sky blue with the manual transmission skyactiv. I chose the options I wanted, but originally the Mazda website had an issue that made it seem a manual sky-blue was not available. I went home a bit disappointed even though I really liked the car, and ended up researching some more and found out it did exist! I told Reggie the next day when I went in to talk prices, and he immediately went back and found me exactly what I wanted. They were able to trade a dealer for the right color, and ordered the accessories to be installed (in next couple of days) when I drop it off. Reggie also gave me a tour around the dealership, which I felt was a nice touch that makes the consumer feel important and see how their service bay works for bringing the car in. I feel I got a very fair price for the car (well under MSRP), and did end up adding an environment protection package that I hope to keep the car looking great for many years to come. Jay also came over a time or two and made sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy with the whole process. I particularly have enjoyed visiting this dealership over a number of other various manufacturers' dealerships in the Dayton area, and hope to do more business with them in the future. Would recommend them to any of my friends looking for a fantastic car that's worth driving. More

We searched online for Mazda vehicles and found one at the Mazda dealership in beavercreek. We did the online credit application and got preapproved eventhough our credit was less than perfect its less th the Mazda dealership in beavercreek. This is our second mazda purchased from this dealership and we will definitely come back for our next car. and Sean will be our salesman. Jay the manager worked hard with Sean on a Sunday to find us a good deal and financing and we went back on Monday and the finance manager worked just as hard and got us a great deal and a interest rate that we could live with. I reccomend any one to go to Jeff Schmitt and work with these guys because we have found a dealership for life wether we buy another mazda or any other vehicle in the jeff schmitt family More

I must say that it was a welcome surprise how much Jennifer knew about the product she was selling, and had a well informed answer for any question I had. Between Jennifer and the rest of the staff the sale was enjoyable and low stress. I ended up with a vehicle less then what I was paying before and over double the MPG. My old car was having brake issues and I needed a new car fast. I was told about Jeff Schmitt Mazda by my mom and we drove up to check it out. Jesse was there to help me out and was very friendly. He gave me some options and I test drove the Nissan Versa. I enjoyed the car and fell in love with having something newer than my 97 Honda. Unfortunately due to the time I arrived we couldn't get anything done that day but Jesse kept me up to date with everything and before I knew it I had a brand new used car. Recently about a week afterwards my tire had a lump in it. I wasn't sure how it happened but Jesse told me to bring it in and they'll have a look at it. Jesse was very eager to help me out and I was able to get my tire fixed relatively quick. Jesse went above and beyond to help me out and I appreciate all of his work and everyone else's work at Jeff Schmitt Mazda.
