Took truck in for oil change (a little over $200). ..verified with service advisor that the front end would be greased, he assured me it would. When he told me it was done, I again verified the the fro ..verified with service advisor that the front end would be greased, he assured me it would. Got home and checked and not 1 zerk had been touched and they were all DRY...like never been greased dry. Called the next day and spoke with the service manger and she was 0 help and could care less. Her fix was to offer a $5 credit. Weird how a job that would legit take 15-20 minutes was only worth $5, however they tried to charge me $160 to change the fuel filer that is a 5 minute job. Going to Jeff Schmitt is like going to Vegas...chances are you are going to lose! More

Bad service. Insulted, never called back after was told. Got car back with damaged wheel and they denied doing it. Brought the Corvette in for a oil change the next day, I found a pool of oil on my garage floor under the Corvette because they did not tighten down the oil filter enough also, they did not reset The mileag found a pool of oil on my garage floor under the Corvette because they did not tighten down the oil filter enough also, they did not reset The mileage it’s still read 10% i’m wondering if they even change the oil that could’ve destroyed my whole engine next time I bring it in it was for a new battery they called me up and said it would be $134 more because there was a blown fuse and I’m pretty sure they are the one that blew the fuse. Everything was working fine when I drove it there and for 350 amp fuse was blown. I’m sure I would’ve known about it. Something would’ve been wrong. all it takes is for a wire to hit a piece of metal somewhere to blow a fuse I did that when I was changing the battery in my boat, but I never blamed it on somebody else they should have replaced that blown fuse for no charge cause it wasn’t blown when I drove it in there More
