Bought a car remotely - was assured it was in mint condition. After arriving, checked out the car, and it looked ok, save for a big streak on one door, which I just assumed was from washing it. condition. Went to sit down to complete the transaction - with a 12 hour drive home, and with financing already in place, assumed this would be painless. Not so. After doing most of the paperwork, was informed we'd have to wait for the finance guy. This turned into a 90 minute wait. Suffice it to say my temper flared. After we got home, I went to detail the car, and discovered that the streak on the driver's side door was permanent etching in the paint, unfixable without a repaint. Super. Stay away from this place. More

Scott was extremely helpful and friendly. I love my new vehicle!! Only issue is there was damage to the vehicle that I was not informed about. As the customer I should have checked more thoroughly but I took his word there was only one little ding on the hood but it turned out that the front passenger headlight was actually barely hanging in its position but only needed to be realigned and now it’s PERFECT! Scott was extremely helpful and when I reached out to ask about the damage he was perplexed that it was there and not caught by their inspectors but wanted to help me fix the issue right away. I just took care of it myself but just to know he was so eager to help and get things straightened out is the reason I will 100% be buying my truck through Scott!! If you go to this dealership ASK FOR SCOTT!!! More
