My car-buying experience was fantastic. Cuong Nguyen, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledeable, and helpful. Danyel Cares, the finance manager, was quick and efficient when arranging financing. Danyel Cares, the finance manager, was friendly and helpful as well, guiding me through the financing process. The best part came at the end when I was oriented to my new car by Darlene Plunkett, the service and delivery coordinator; her knowledge of the features of the car along with her patient explanations were just the tutorial I needed. This was the first no-pressure sales experience I've ever had with any vehicle dealership. When I first started working with the dealership, I told them which model, package, and color I wanted, and they ordered the car from another dealership in Texas and had it on the lot in 24 hours. When I test drove it, I knew I wanted it but needed to wait until the end of the month. Without any pressure tactics, the salesman simply told me he would hold it for me, and he looked forward to doing business. No tactics, no pushing, it was great. Furthermore, this is the first time I've ever bought a car where someone from the dealership - Darlene - sat in the car with me for forty-five minutes and made sure I knew EVERY feature of my new car, how to use everything, and what all the buttons did. This was huge. Also, financing with Danyel was seamless and she worked with me to get me where I needed to be. Great experience! More
After being thoroughly disgusted with the internet sales people at Russell & Smith Mazda I e-mailed Larry Bennett at Jeff Haas. From his initial reply to the time I drove off in my new Mazda 3s Sport Larry was friendly, courteous, informative, and more interested in finding the car I wanted than just selling me something. There was no pressure to buy and my questions were answered fully and completely. Darlene was helpful in suggesting extras I might want but did not continue to try to sell me something after I declined it. Danyel zipped me throught the financing and explained everything as we went along. The entire time I was in the dealership I met nothing but friendly and helpful people who made fresh coffee for me and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer they might never see again. I cannnot recommend Larry too highly and I will definitely recommened both Larry and the Jeff Haas dealership to everyone. Russell & Smith lost a sale by being too pushy, not answering questions, and continuing to send me useless e-mails after I told them to stop. Everything about their internet sales people was pushy and seemed desperated to sell me a car, not the Mazda 3 I asked about, but virtually everything else in their inventory. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly and receive professional service, go to Jeff Haas Mazda and see Larry. More
I went in on a budget and the dealership went very far to making the best deal possible and getting me into a new car. They kept in touch with me throughout and responded to questions/emails promptly and ac making the best deal possible and getting me into a new car. The final paperwork process was quick and efficient, i wasn't there for more than 2 hours on the final day of picking up the car from start to finish. Even at the last minute, the finace manager worked another deal to help me out. The service and delivery coordinator was thorough and a delight to work with. The salesman was very patient and understanding. The car buying process is stressful enough but this dealership made it a lot easier. I chose them over 4 other Mazda dealerships I had shopped around at. More

Mr Nguyen did an excellent job showing us different car models and their options. He was very forthcoming, nice and a pleasure to deal with. Customer service was very good. Craig Foster showed me the car I wanted to buy and he was overall very helpful. He let me test drive it and he did his best to negotiate a better price for me. My husband & I visited with Craig Foster on Saturday, February 20, 2010. My husband placed a phone call prior to our arrival & spoke to Mr. Foster. After his conversation with him, my husband told me he sound like a nice man & someone he wouldn't mind doing business with. After making our trip to the dealership, he was very forthcoming & pleasant. Mr. Foster didn't pressure us in no way which we appreciated greatly. He gave us time to think about it & was patient with us. We've been to several dealers over the past 4 months and by far, Mr. Foster, is the best of his kind.
