We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he invited us inside to sit down and look over his list. He introduced himself and was very friendly and professional. We don't have a lot of money to spend and are interested in lower priced cars yet he wasn't perturbed or rude at all. He showed us several cars and let us test drive one. He spent probably a good hour with us even though he knew we weren't going to buy anything today. When we do figure out what we want, we will try to give him our business. Plus, this dealership really details their cars before selling them and goes over them with a fine-toothed comb. Everything looked great in the lot. The next and present older generation including me are your best and largest customers, so listen-up. We don't care so much about the car profile, as we do comfort of entering and existing. After several conversations with John, I knew he was a sincere individual who had our best interests in mind with a vehicle purchase. He even met us at the dealership on his day off to assist us with the purchase and offered us what I believed was a very good deal on our trade in. The entire process took less than 2 hours and my wife was on the road with her new Sienna Minivan in no time. I actually commented to my wife on the way home, I can't believe we just bought a new car because it was painless.
