Only place I will buy a new Toyota Robert was very helpful, not too pushy and he didn't hover over us, but, he was there when we needed him. He was willing to work with us, listen to us and what we wanted instead of pushing what they wanted to sell. He also went all the way to the lower lot to get a car just for us to take a look when we told him what we were just thinking about. Mike, the sales manager, was friendly, inviting, and helpful without being "sales-y". The other manager and the finance guy were also great and friendly. There was none of the uncomfortable back and forth again and again while they tried to play tricks with the numbers, as we have seen all too often when buying cars. Everything was straight forward. When there was a slight mistake in the calculations, we caught it at the same time and Robert took care of it immediately. Again, no sales tricks, just very straight-forward and willing to come to a fair agreement. Overall, this was the best experience we have had at any car dealership, ever. I have already recommended them to several people. More

The overall experience was very good. The sales person, Jim Bischoff, and Omar Elsoueissi were both very helpful and explained everything in details. Jim went over the features of the care to explain what they were and did as the car had much more than my 2005 4Runner. He worked with management to find the car that I wanted with the features I was looking to purchase. Omar was very thorough in explaining the financing and the extended warranty, which I had never purchased in the past, but may the decision to do so given the amount of electronics that was on the car. I was very pleased with the overall experience. More

From the minute you step in to the dealership, everybody greets you and thanks you for visiting. I worked with David (DJ) Morris who went out of his way to help me find the car I wanted. It wasn't an easy task. There weren't many 2017 white RAV 4's with light interiors left in the Midwest region. David and his inventory manager managed to find one in Kentucky. The dealership sent a driver to bring the car to St. Louis. Once I test drive it and decided to purchase it we went through a no-hassle no pressure negotiation. Additionally, I learned that there many bonuses to purchasing the car at Jay Wolfe. For starters 4 years of free oil changes and tire rotations. If you're buying a Toyota in the St. Louis region, I would not hesitate to recommend you to visit Jay Wolfe and to request to work with David Morse. More

The friendly service begins with the Service Tech then continues with the sweet staff at the bistro who are always happy to accommodate your food requests. The great free refreshments make my appetite happy so I can jump into one of the massage chairs for a time of relaxation and decompressing. Before the actual service began, Service Tech Mark found me at the counter snacking and questioned whether I wanted an oil change since it wasn't due yet based on another recent visit. Rather than simply providing the unnecessary service, he was conscientious enough to let me know I didn't need an oil change. In my haste to race to the bistro, I realized I never actually told him I was only there for a tire rotation. Thanks Mark for clarifying the desired service. Notification of the service completion is both good news and bad news. Good news that I can go home, bad news because I have to leave the massage chair. Can't wait until my upcoming oil change. More

I expected them to fill the air in my tires to the proper PSI, but this either wasn't done, or the dashboard light may be on for a different reason. Regardless, I expect dashboard warning lights to be addressed. More
