Just an Inspection, I thought. I talked to John Juarez about getting an inspection, he also informed me that since they would have my Tacoma up on the rack, they would check the fra I talked to John Juarez about getting an inspection, he also informed me that since they would have my Tacoma up on the rack, they would check the frame for rust because it may need to be replaced due to a recall. Wow! Two birds with one stone, and he even showed me another truck that was having the frame replaced, to show me what all would be done. That is why I like coming here and have been for as long as you have been here up North. All the people in the service department treat you with respect, even when all I was doing was getting a simple inspection. Way to go John! More

Kenny in new car sales was very polite and did not come across aggressive without consideration for our wants and needs. Kenny in new car sales made the buying experience actually enjoyable and easy and made us feel at home. We had no bad experiences through out the entire buying process. Plus before we headed back to Blue Springs we had a delicious sandwich to top off our day! I'm telling you, that is a HUGE benefit to your clients and it says WE CARE ABOUT YOU in every way!!
