Great Service experience! Byron was a great service advisor. He was very friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and Byron noticed a few dents on my vehicle. He took the time to review my extended warranty to verify I had the paint less dent repair included and schedule a follow up appointment for me to get the dents taken care of. Great Job Byron! More

Kind and helpful service I went after service department hours to Jay Wolfe Honda because there was something dragging underneath my car and I was afraid that if I drove home I went after service department hours to Jay Wolfe Honda because there was something dragging underneath my car and I was afraid that if I drove home that it would be damaged worse. I was admitted to the service area, my car was elevated, and a temporary fix was performed. I made an appointment to come back in two days for a permanent fix of the problem. I was told there was no charge for what had been done that night. When I went for my appointment, I was told that because the part that had dragged was too bent to be repaired, a new part would be required and part with labor would be nearly $400 but that the temporary solution should hold up unless I hit another ice chunk. I elected to go with the temporary fix and again I was not charged for the time and service. A note was put into my file so that whenever I decide that the permanent repair is needed, it can be done in a timely way as they will know exactly what is needed. More
Byron is awesome! I have had a couple negative experiences in the past, but the positive experiences with Byron made me decide to stick with Honda. Bunny rabbit in engine. My husband took the CRV in this week because it was dying and running poorly when it did run. We had hoped that the repair would be covered under the My husband took the CRV in this week because it was dying and running poorly when it did run. We had hoped that the repair would be covered under the extended warranty we had purchased years ago and is soon to expire. When we got the phone call from the technician, he regretfully informed us that a bunny rabbit had taken up residence in the engine compartment and therefore the warranty was voided for that repair. The good news is that the rather large bunny survived and remained on the loose in the shop for a while until someone located it and released it into the woods behind the shop. We would appreciate getting a copy of the pics that were taken of the bunny sitting in the engine compartment and then after he was captured. It’s made for a great story and our grandchildren totally think it was Peter Rabbit frombthe movie. More
