A good ending to a bad day My car wouldn't start while I was parked in the Union Station parking garage with my toddler in the back seat the weekend before Christmas. Needless t My car wouldn't start while I was parked in the Union Station parking garage with my toddler in the back seat the weekend before Christmas. Needless to say, I was a little upset and stressed out. AAA came and got me started, but alerted me that I had a faulty battery which Honda had installed less than a year ago. I drove straight to Jay Wolfe and Steve Barzilla was so friendly and helpful. He apologized and let me know that it would probably take an hour because they were so busy, but made sure I knew where the kids room was so that we would be comfortable. They replaced my battery at no cost and with no question. Thank you Steve and the people who helped get me back on the road quickly during the busy holiday season! More

During our conversation with Chris, the used car manager inspected our trade and prepared a quote. I was pleased that the offer was close to what I had estimated. I consider he allowed us a fair offer on our trade. I was also very pleased considering, I was shopping for a particular configuration that was not in Jay Wolfe's inventory, Chris had no problem considering a dealer trade for the specific vehicle we were shopping for. Chris verified he could secure the trade and we proceeded with the purchase. A few days later the vehicle was ready for us to take possession. The sales documentation process went well with Josh and was completed expediently. Jay Wolfe Honda is staffed by a mature and professional team who are familiar with Honda products and enjoy the automotive sales profession as well as having customers who leave the dealership with a ride they are pleased with.
