The latest service yesterday met my expectations for both this dealership and the Honda brand. This was just a routine A level service visit on a 2013 Honda Accord I will be trading in soon. The service rep went over the service I wanted, other additional services to consider and why. I explained that I was not planning to keep the car much longer and just wanted the basic A level oil change. He showed me the new system that checks cars for wheel alignment, dents, etc. which I found very informative. He was friendly, honest with me and listened to me when I explained what I wanted and why. The service was completed in a timely manner and he had a mechanic meet us at the car and they showed me an issue that I should keep my eye on. I can service this vehicle for less money at multiple area locations but I prefer to use your dealership for experiences like the above. More

Their assessment indicated no need for replacement at this time. I am also impressed by the scanning technology that assesses vehicles as they drive into the service area. It is like a full body CT scan for your car. More
