Good start, poor finish I dropped of in the morning, around 8:30. The service center was very busy, but I was welcomed upon arrival and taken care of in a friendly and timely I dropped of in the morning, around 8:30. When service was completed, I scheduled a pickup for around 4. At 3:45 got a call that I would not be picked up until after 5. I took an uber to the service center. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for any associate to acknowledge/help me, although several were at their desks (seemed to not be working - looking at phones, not computers). The associate who eventually checked me out was cold, abrupt, and unappreciative. After such outstanding service in the morning, it was especially jarring. Room to improve. More
