Great service Jay Wolfe went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Outside of the oil change, they provided a free car wash, found a nail in my tire and Jay Wolfe went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Outside of the oil change, they provided a free car wash, found a nail in my tire and patched it, and resolved an issue with my dashboard alerts. They also have a wonderful customer wait area with numerous snacks and drinks as well as free wifi where I was able to stay and work throughout the morning. More

I was carrying the lien release and check but the dealership put off the picking up my car for a day thinking someone else would bring the things I had. No one asked or talked to anyone about the delay. Very frustrating. Day of picking up the car went very well.
