Then, upon my arrival, Byron was helpful and kind, letting me know all of the information I needed. I brought my car in for a couple of recalls, and while I do need some additional service, it was not in the budget right now. I appreciated that he let me know the recommendations while not pressuring me into getting it done right away. And of course, the waiting room is wonderful! More

He was, again, transparent, about the technician's recommendation, yet completely understanding about my choice. I come to Jay Wolfe Honda for my service because I always receive this straight forward advice and understanding. I never feel like a "woman at a car dealership who is being taken advantage of." They guaranteed me repair time to be 1 hour or less. That was not the case........Byron Hughes stepped in and handled the situation very well. Told me he'd rather tell me the truth than have me steaming in the waiting room because the service would take 3 hours.......got me shuttled, in a very timely matter to and fro....and the shuttle personnel were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. Job well done! More

Long Wait I told the worker that I would be going to my niece’s soccer game and I would probably be back before it’s done. I get back after my car being in the I told the worker that I would be going to my niece’s soccer game and I would probably be back before it’s done. I get back after my car being in the shop for an hour and a half and I finally ask about my car after it being in the shop for four hours. The worker’s response was oh sorry I thought you were being dropped off, and I asked if my car had been done for awhile and he doesn’t answer my question and said he was doing paperwork. I had potentially had been sitting around when I didn’t need to be. More

My recent purchasing experience with Jay Wolfe was great. I have purchased quite a few cars from different dealers - and other Honda dealers in fact. My recent purchasing experience with Jay Wolfe was great. While hard to believe a car buying experience could be so good it was...from the time I met my sales person - Kim who welcomed me and helped me understand the vehicle that I was interested in and more impressively in a manner that made me feel like I was his focus for as long as it took. The general Manager was engaging and interested in the deal and then another sales representative took all the time necessary to help me understand the ins and outs of the technology and controls of my new vehicle - Chris was great. The part that most people cringe at was finance and working with Amir was also a pleasure - very professional and respectful. The entire Wolfe team that I worked with were wonderful and I can't recommend them strongly enough. We are a Honda family and Jay Wolfe sets the bar for customer focus and fair dealing. More
