Your service department is 100 times better than your sales department when it comes to customer service. I will continue to come back to the service department, but I won't ever attempt to buy another v sales department when it comes to customer service. The dealership is ok. I dont understand why we are charged 3% when we use a credit card. Most services are expensive and most families do not have cash up front to pay. This dealership really took advantage of us after losing our mustang in the floods. We bought a Dodge challenger with only about 1000 miles on it. After only 2 weeks I realized as much as I loved it,it was our mustang in the floods. We bought a Dodge challenger with only about 1000 miles on it. After only 2 weeks I realized as much as I loved it,it was not practical to keep so we traded it in for a new Bronco Badlands and you guys xxxxx us. We are long time customers that have bought cars previously and had them serviced by you. You seen we were in a vulnerable situation and you took advantage of us. We are not happy customers. It's a shame, I'm 72 years old and have been a Ford fan all my life. More

If you are looking for a car, check out Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte! I haven’t bought a car since 2009 and I am put off by the usual pushy, in your face car dealers!
