The Service Advisor was professional and thorough, and the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or credit, and when I told her credit she did not mention there was a charge for using a credit card until after the card was processed. She said the Service Advisor should have told me. Then she made a snarky comment when the ID she asked for slipped out of my hand and landed in front of her. I hope she isn't there the next time I am in for service. More
