The service department replaced engine on 2014 KIA Sorento. Vehicle was authorized to repair Oct. 2023 by a third party warranty company and the engine replacement took the service department 21 month Sorento. Vehicle was authorized to repair Oct. 2023 by a third party warranty company and the engine replacement took the service department 21 months to complete, they did not replace serpentine belt after vehicle sat on the lot for 21 months and did not place a call to me asking if I would like the serpentine belt changed. After receiving vehicle, I was forced to replace a tire and other misc. items due to vehicle sitting for a long period of time. I then replaced 2 quarts of transmission fluid because the service department claims they did not touch transmission or lines that connect engine to transmission when they replaced the ENGINE. Too many assumptions, poor communication skills, no accountability and poor customer service, among other items. They will not respond to calls or messages. I do not know how the buying experience is here but my experience with the service department was a 21 month nightmare. If anyone has a 3.3L V6 engine in a Kia. Good luck! More

Bought a 2025 Telluride x pro. Awesome vehicle. Don our sales person was also awesome. The problem comes with the person who does the trade in value. Traded in a 2019 grandcaravan. Awesome vehicle. Every professional site I went to I checked the value in the worst shape possible. It always came back at 8k. I was offered 5k. I said no then it went up to 6k finally offer do to the hood damage oh and it needed a new thermostat. I was told it just wasn't worth alot due to the damages. 3 days later it's on their website for 12650 dollars. Apparently it was worth double what they offered. Crooks in my eyes. More

We love Jake Sweeney Kia! Just recently, our Sedona had an unexpected oil leak. The issue was covered under warranty, but would require our van being kept over the weekend. Our service rep, Christian, helped us with getting a rental car so that our weekend plans were not ruined. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner.
