Good car-buying experience: Sweeney Dodge Cincinnati I had a good car buying and trade-in experience at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Cincinnati, Ohio in early March 2019. My salesman was Michael G I had a good car buying and trade-in experience at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Cincinnati, Ohio in early March 2019. My salesman was Michael Gresham and he did a very good job. Sweeney had a great selection of low mileage used vehicles, which is why my wife and I drove about 2 hours from Louisville to buy there. We did our homework online before test driving and found the best selection and prices at Sweeney. While they did not offer me the best trade-in price, they matched an offer I received from another dealership. I was pleased with the purchase price and I drove away in a great low mileage minivan. Michael did a good job showing us the vehicles he had and tried very hard to find the one we wanted (which he did). He was easy to deal with, as was the finance manager, Mark Postallian. For selection and price on low mileage used vehicles, I highly recommend Jake Sweeney. More

Car wrecked in service I took my car in for service yesterday not only did it take forever but they wrecked my car! And then I call today left emails nobody contacted me back and my car is wrecked does it get any worse I ask you! More
