This is by no means a reflection on the people working at this dealership who are wonderful people but rather a function of the private equity pigs who drive the employees and abuse the customers. BAIT AND SWITCH. ..I called the morning of, they said the car I was looking at was still available only to drive an hour and a half to be told that it was sold but the ..I called the morning of, they said the car I was looking at was still available only to drive an hour and a half to be told that it was sold but they'd be happy to sell me a new one. The owner of the dealership reached out and he said it was a legitimate mistake. To this day the car still is showing as available. More
