I have never done a deal with a luxury car before but since the TV ads for Range Rovers caught my attention and seemed interesting, I thought I would come into the dealership in Tysons and test drive one. I came in late on a Saturday and met Andy Moshrefi and told him what I wanted in terms of size, handling ability and price. He suggested that I test drive the Evoque. Wow! What a great experience! Within minutes I was driving and got hooked right away. Andy suggested I look at all the Evogues at my leisure to choose a color, which I did the next day. I chose the one I liked, test drove it again and then sat down to do the deal. Andy was clear, straightforward and thorough in his explanation of all the details. It was all very smooth with no pressure at all! We worked out terms that were very reasonable to me in no time at all! I found Andy to be very knowledgable and very good at matching me with the right vehicle for my specific needs. Amazing Deal and Customer Service On Monday night, my wife and I saw a Range Rover Sport on the Rosenthal website. I called and talked to Reda Habati and set up an appointment for 110 On Monday night, my wife and I saw a Range Rover Sport on the Rosenthal website. I called and talked to Reda Habati and set up an appointment for 1100 today, Tuesday, 9/20/2016 to put down a deposit. We took the SUV for a test drive and I fell in love with it. My intent was to return to the dealership on Monday, 9/26 when my wife was able to accompany me. Reda set it up where my wife submitted her credit application on line from her office. By 1:00 pm, Tyler Tart, the Business Manager had crafted an incredible deal. The dealership did a fantastic job prepping the SUV and I was on the road by 2:30. Amazing experience! Reda and Tyler are two of the most professional and accommodating individuals I have ever worked with while purchasing a car. There was no pressure, just a laser focus to complete the deal. Outstanding Dealer I leased a 2016 F-Type S. They were very straightforward and helpful, treated my wife and I extremely well, and stuck to the deal agreed to on the pho I leased a 2016 F-Type S. They were very straightforward and helpful, treated my wife and I extremely well, and stuck to the deal agreed to on the phone, even though they later realized that the MD tax laws jacked up the amount being leased a bit, I fully expected to get to the finance guy (who was really personable, and great to deal with btw), and find the agreed upon amount down or monthly payment would have changed. Nope, he politely asked if I wanted the wheel/tire insurance for my 20" carbon fiber wheels (which I am now reconsidering), and that was it. JD (our salesman) was awesome, couldn't ask for a more informative and helpful guy. He really put everything together for me by text and email so that the time spent at the dealer was minimal. He also worked to get the car prepped the same day when the wife got excited and asked to pick the car up immediately. Just can't say enough good things about the dealership in general, and JD in particular. We drove an hour to work with them, even though we had another dealer just 6 miles away. I fully intend to go back to them in three years, perhaps for an SVR. :) More
