My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Michael Morgan is what today's car salesperson should be: knowledgable, personable, enthusiastic about his product, professional and service oriented. No pressure or games. He found just the 2015 F-Type I was looking for, had it promptly modified to my wishes and gave me a very competitive price without having to fight for it. I drove away with a big smile on my face and Madison Jaguar has another satisfied customer. Hopefully their service department will live up to the high standards set by their sales department. More

It was readily apparent that Michael and Madison Jaguar were head-and-shoulders above their fellow dealers in terms of customer service, knowledge and work ethic. When we decided we “needed” an F-Type, we visited a lot of dealerships, since the 2015 F-Type Coupe was becoming more difficult to locate (except for some of the hideous colors). We hoped to see and drive a few different options. It would be an understatement to say that we were handled with near disdain by most of the other dealerships, despite being very clear from the start that we were very serious about taking home an F-Type. Conversely, Michael was always friendly and helpful. He even engaged in a lengthy search for the specific F-Type we wanted. In the end, we actually opted for a bigger/cooler F-Type that Madison Jaguar had on the lot. We could not be happier with our F-Type, or, as I call her, the Big Cat. More

Not your typical car sales person What a pleasant surprise. I purchased many new cars in the past but I have never had an experience as pleasant as I did recently when I purchased my What a pleasant surprise. I purchased many new cars in the past but I have never had an experience as pleasant as I did recently when I purchased my first Land Rover. The sales lady is Catherine Ayuso. She is more like an extremely competent counselor rather than a typical car salesman. She knew her product. She provided facts. She was ethical. She was neither pushy nor overbearing. She was friendly and responsive. What an amazing experience that I had with her. The service she provided is what others should also provide but sadly that is not going to happen. Since my dealing with the dealership was primarily through her, I can't speak about the entire dealership. That said, the impression I got about the dealership was similar. I highly recommend Catherine Ayuso. More
