Failed to perform I want to put a hitch on my rr. Dealership didn’t have parts so ordered. Set appointment 2 weeks out for install. Appointment was 11. Showed up a I want to put a hitch on my rr. Dealership didn’t have parts so ordered. Set appointment 2 weeks out for install. Appointment was 11. Showed up at 9 to ensure they would have enough time to finish. Told it would be done around 4. Given a Toyota Camry from enterprise as the loaners were spoken for. At 3:45 got a call that they had not started yet. “Got backed up”. Since it is a 6-7 hour job apparently they prioritized others for the entire day. Also assume that by noon would have known they weren’t going to get it done. No heads up. Wouldn’t be so bad but needed to pull boat for thanksgiving weekend. Now have to rent a truck. Also asked them to reprogram key that wasn’t working. Didn’t get to that either (think that is like a 10 min job) At 3:45 told to come in 1/2 hour to pick up car so that it would be ready. (Not fixed just ready). Showed up at 4:15. Told paperwork not done. Got car at 4:48. Wasted an entire day. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is. More
