Excellent Customer Service I first contacted Mr. Agin about a vehicle listed for sale online. Unfortunately, the vehicle was no longer at the dealership and had been shipped off I first contacted Mr. Agin about a vehicle listed for sale online. Unfortunately, the vehicle was no longer at the dealership and had been shipped off the lot to be sold. After hearing about my interest in the car and speaking with him only twice, Mr. Agin called me the next day to let me know he was having the vehicle shipped back to Naples Luxury Imports so I could see it. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted promptly by Mr. Agin, who was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I was interested in. He always had answers to my questions about the car despite the fact that this vehicle is not frequently sold at the dealership (Dodge Charger Hellcat). The sales experience with Mr. Agin was like none I had ever experienced at any other dealer. Mr. Agin’s friendly personality and up-front honesty speaks volumes towards his character as a salesman. At no point did I get the impression that I was being told what I wanted to hear, simply because I wanted to purchase the vehicle (as is common with other dealerships). I felt confident that I knew exactly what I was purchasing was the right fit for me thanks to Mr. Agin. Once the deal was finalized, I was walked to Mr. Henkel’s office to complete the paperwork. I felt as though Mr. Henkel was a good friend, as he told me exactly what was offered through the dealership in regards to extended warranties, and did not feel I was being pressured into making an additional purchase after the fact, as is common with many other dealerships. I completed the paperwork with Mr. Henkel promptly and was into my new vehicle within 10 minutes of finalizing the deal. After purchasing the vehicle, I received a follow-up call from Mr. Agin the next day to see how I liked the car and if there was anything else I needed. Again, a minor detail frequently overlooked by other dealerships. Overall, my experience with Jacob Agin and Lynn Henkel at Naples Luxury Imports was exceptional! From the time I originally inquired about my car to the time I drove it off the lot, I was treated as family rather than just another customer. I highly recommend Naples Luxury Imports and its staff to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle and will absolutley be a returning customer in the future. More
