Purchased the car due to John Dunphy becoming the GM. Period! John sold me 39 MB cars prior to arriving at Annapolis Jaguar RR. Hands down the best GM in the car business. John assigned me to Amy Anderson who, like John, is new to the dealership. Amy was terrific. Extremely helpful and knowledgable about the automobile. She is 1 of the very few people in this industry who truly understands the real meaning of the word "service". A wonderful experience. I'll be back for more !!! More
