I first went too Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis in September 2017 to look at my options for turning in my 2015 Jaguar XF for a new 2018 F-Pace. At that time I was told my lease doesn’t expire until April and the penalty would cost a lot to break my lease. My best option was to come back in January. I asked the representative to give me an idea of my cost in January. I was also told by the sales representative “Don’t remember his name” that I would need a min 5k down to move into an F-Pace. I honestly felt that the numbers thrown at me were ridiculous. I asked, what my benefit of being a repeat Jaguar customer. The sales representative stated there isn’t one. “We don’t have any problems selling F-Paces, we can’t keep them on our lot”. I left and told myself I will just sell my car myself or take it back to Florida where I took the lease out. As time started to get closer I decided to give them a second chance, but deal with a different sales person. When I arrived at the dealership. I looked around to see who was going to engage with me and who would just walk by. Guess who walked by and never said a word. You guessed it my last sales person… As I went to get a water Frank Elizondo walked up and asked how can I help you today? I said “I’m here to purchase an F-Pace if you want to make a sale”. A long story short I was offered a deal I could not refuse. In fact the President’s day sale was so good that there was multiple customers there to purchase the same vehicle. The moral of my story is we don’t always get what we want and when we want it. You have to take accountability for your own actions/decisions you make and not wait until the last minute to make them. I very well could have went somewhere else, but I had time. I wasn’t in a rush to make a decision. The difference this go around was all about timing and representation. I want to thank Frank Elizondo and Amy Anderson with their superior customer service, the added gifts, and all the people in the back office who do not get recognition. Job well done. I look forward to working with you all in the future. More

Trade my Range Rover I came to look at trading my vehicle because the service department is outstanding. I had bought my last 2 Rovers from West Columbia but I did not li I came to look at trading my vehicle because the service department is outstanding. I had bought my last 2 Rovers from West Columbia but I did not like their service department. I have never been low balled on a trade by a dealership before until I came in to your dealership. I said since I get my car serviced there, that I would buy my next vehicle from your location. My salesman was nice and friendly but the person who did the appraisal low balled me and I was truly offended. I was surprised in the difference between the service department and the sales department. I waited a couple of weeks to write this review to calm down. Most major dealerships try to make a deal not run you off with low balling your trade. Example - ( Tires are expensive - so you will need new tires soon and they are expensive) really!!!! I have been buying all my life and this is a first. I just want you to know that I will get a deal and I was trying to give you my business but your back office needs a lot of work or you will lose more customers. I promise you that you will if you continue to not work with people. Thanks for your time. More
Unapologetic and incompetent Purchased 2 New Range Rovers from them last month. I have purchased multiple Range Rovers over the year but this is the first and LAST time I will purchase a car from them. Amy the manager needs to go. A bad culture starts at the top. More
horrible customer service I am such an idiot. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Jaguar and Land Rover products and purchased them from Annapolis Jaguar and Land I am such an idiot. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Jaguar and Land Rover products and purchased them from Annapolis Jaguar and Land Rover. I even purchased a final 50 XK from these people. When I recently purchased a 2016 XF, after purchasing a 2010 XF, a 2015 Land Rover LR4, and a 2015 XK final 50, I had problems with the 2016 XF after just 1200 miles. Check engine issues and stereo issues. They allegedly fixed the problems. Same issues after 6400 miles. I tried to get my money back or a new vehicle. They would not do it. Instead, I basically took a trade in value for a the car because it was substandard. Jaguar offered me 500 dollars towards there products. You know, service cost for a vehicle that continues to break down. I would rather take a lose than deal with this dealership. If you deal with a person named Kenny Held, be prepared to be lied to. I will never buy another Jaguar or Land Rover. I was loyal to Annapolis Jaguar and when I had an issue, they screwed me and enjoyed it. Nice job Kenny! Please, do your self a favor, reconsider buying a Jaguar. More importantly, don't buy one at Annapolis Jaguar. More
