Very clear that he sought to confuse me and I almost walked away. The car took much longer to arrive at the dealership than I was led to believe it would and then they took a long time (over a week) to prep the car. Very frustrating. Then on the day of the purchase they had worked up the wrong finance agreement, which I caught. It took them over an hour to redo and the rate we had negotiated. Got home. Realized they had forgotten to install the remote start. Ugh. But I love the car. More
