Under no circumstances will we ever have anything to do with this dealership again. Absolutely incompetent people working in the service department. Brought the car in Thursday with no appointment when the with this dealership again. Absolutely incompetent people working in the service department. Brought the car in Thursday with no appointment when the trunk latch started malfunctioning. Was told the earliest they could look at it was Monday at 2 which was fine. Got a message Friday saying the technician had looked at it and found the problem and they had the part and they would call me when it was ready. Called around 130 and told me it was ready. When I went to pick it up service counter rung me up and went over everything they had done to it. Go out to leave and it was still having the same problem. She got a technician to look at it. Waited 20 minutes only to have them come tell me they had to order the part and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nothing had actually been done to my car. Absolutely ridiculous that you go over a list of everything you've done when in fact you've done nothing. If I could give a negative review I would. More
They did a service that I had not requested or approved and tried to charge me for it. At first they tried to tell me I was reading the bill wrong. It’s was $300 over the quote of $118. They acknowledged that I had declined that repair and went to adjust the bill. The new bill had charges that were not on the original quote but after waiting so long I just paid the extra $50 because I needed to be somewhere. It wasn’t the error that bothered me it was the shadiness of the whole thing. Admit it, adjust it, and move on. For my next repair I will drive to a neighboring town before I will use that service center again. More

My sales representative Charvez never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable, answered all of the questions I had, and even down to the financing process was double checking everything to be sure it matched up with what we had discussed - he was truly a big factor in why I chose to purchase at Kia. Justin made time to run the numbers several different ways so I could get to a monthly payment that felt comfortable, and like Charvez, answered many questions for me and never rushed or pressured me. Working with people that seem genuinely honest and don’t look at you like just another customer makes a difference. I’m very thankful to the team for making a stressful process seem a bit less scary, and I will absolutely recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends in the future. More
