The finance manager tried to add money into my payment to recover the cost of the rebates they were giving me. I used an auto loan calculator to show how much my payment should be and they said that they mad recover the cost of the rebates they were giving me. I used an auto loan calculator to show how much my payment should be and they said that they made a mistake. The mistake was covering the money we agreed to take out of the deal. They were saying I get rebates or ARP but not both. I left and they said they would give me both but then they made the “mistake”. In the end, I got what we agreed to and the salesman was great. More

I visited the dealership because of a dead battery in my key fob. After they replaced the battery the key still not working. They had me bring the key in to check it out.
