This dealership has done nothing but constantly lie. From the beginning everyone has lied. The sales man told us the military for life wouldn’t cost us anything. When the truth is you only get their “military for life bundle” if you continue to spend hundreds of dollars on car maintenance that makes no sense. For example inspecting window seals on a brand new vehicle. Then when we had an issue with our van no one would really tell us what was going on. I would be met with attitudes from every employee when simply trying your find out any information on my van. When I finally got my van back 6 weeks later it was dirty, stretched, and smelled awful. They said they would take care of a full inside and out detail if I left it another day. They promised it would be done by 8am like we asked since we were going out of town. When we arrived at 8am they had just started cleaning it. I have never had such awful service. I spoke with the service manager then. He apologized then said my next maintenance would be heavily discounted. When we came back for said maintenance he refused to discount anything. I would never suggest the Kia dealership in Jacksonville to anyone. More
