Went in for a new vehicle, they marked up the price by 10,000 over MSRP, then states the only way to get the price at MSRP is if you purchase our 4000 package, then proceeded to put many markups and fees 10,000 over MSRP, then states the only way to get the price at MSRP is if you purchase our 4000 package, then proceeded to put many markups and fees that were way overpriced. I'm assuming because we were a young couple they could nickel and dime everything out of us. The manager was extremely rude and unable to work with us when we brought it up to him, the salesman was extremely nice and pleasant to work with but will not be going back to this dealership ever again it needs to be shut down. I spoke with 3 people at this dealer and all of them said they would speak to their manager about pricing after I gave them what I was willing to pay, which was very reasonable. No one ever got back to me so they would speak to their manager about pricing after I gave them what I was willing to pay, which was very reasonable. No one ever got back to me so I purchased from city Kia at my asking price instead. They did not even acknowledge that I had trucar pricing so their market adjustment was crazy high. I don’t know anyone who would actually buy a car with those markups, but it worked out for me in the end with another dealership. More

Complete lack of communication from this team. Phone is nearly impossible to be answered. I was given a timeline of when a part that was needed to fix my car would arrive and a whole month later I Phone is nearly impossible to be answered. I am incredibly laid back but when I don’t hear anything back about my car that I haven’t had since the beginning of February and I call and I am made to feel annoying like I call too much it’s incredibly frustrating. I had a horrible experience. I was there to see a 2016 Lexus, made the appointment several days in advance and when I arrived they told me the car had been sent to liquidation. I felt they could have at least called me and let me know ,instead of me driving almost an hour to see a car that wasn't on the lot. To say I was disappointed and frustrated by the experience and their lack of customer service was an understatement. More
