I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. Each vehicle has been for one of my kids or wife. All had warranty protection. I have always had optimum service from the service department!!! This is probably the worst service I've ever received from any dealership or shop. I had a CPO warranty on my BMW and started to have random misfire problems starting December, 2008. My CPO ended Decembe from any dealership or shop. I had a CPO warranty on my BMW and started to have random misfire problems starting December, 2008. My CPO ended December 2009, and the problem still wasn't fixed. I have all records from the dealership and I ended up going there 15+ times. Each time they had my car for more than two weeks and sometimes for up to one month. This happened all year, and yet, the problem was never fixed. The first service adviser didn't seem to believe me in the beginning. It was a random misfire. There didn't seem to be any cause to why it was happening. This went on for about 4 months. Then the rest of the time i was dealing with the Service Manager and he didn't act like he believed me either. The craziest thing is that my car was spitting out all kinds of misfire codes. Several times they were hinting for me to get a second opinion! Needless to say, I've contacted BBB and they said the dealership doesn't participate in the program. I can't tell if the service department was just this stupid or just didn't want to fix the problem because it was under a certified warranty. So to this day, I still have random misfires and will never purchase or service a car from them. Ever. More
