Melvin's the Man! When I arrived on the lot at Jack Maxton, I was of course, just looking. With a few friendly words and a hand shake, Melvin had me spilling the beans When I arrived on the lot at Jack Maxton, I was of course, just looking. With a few friendly words and a hand shake, Melvin had me spilling the beans about what I was looking for. He then politely gave my wife and I space and time to look around. Like magic, just when I had questions, Melvin popped up out of nowhere with his friendly smile and the answers I needed. He also engaged me in questions about not only what I was looking for, but what I did not like about my existing vehicle. This skilled saleman knew how to let me talk myself into the vehicle I was looking for as he properly added advice here and there about the particulars of what I was looking at, and for. We took a test drive in a 2017 Z71 Colorado and loved it. Yet, I thought I wanted a full size truck. At my request Melvin pulled around a full size Silverado to let us test drive, but warned me that I already had what I was looking for. He was right, again. Not even a block into the test drive I knew I had to go back for the truck Melvin guided me towards. My man Melvin made the price negotiation quick, easy, and non-threatening. He walked us every step of the way into a sweet ride. When the spare key and starter fob couldn't be located, Melvin was on point. Within 2 business days I had the spare, the extra starter fob, and a dealership that I knew I'd return to as long as Melvin was there!
