simple easy & honest! 2018 Chevy Equinox My wife and I just bought a new 2018 Equinox from Jack Maxton and we are very pleased. John Guthmann was our salesman and he was great. Scott Collins My wife and I just bought a new 2018 Equinox from Jack Maxton and we are very pleased. John Guthmann was our salesman and he was great. Scott Collins and Jason Goss the managers were also just as great. They reflected superior customer service and made sure my wife and I were 110% comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. Throttle position The person was kind and patience with me as a deaf person. The service was pretty quick. But the price of repairment was costly. I learned the parts I needed was less than 400 dollars. I could have bought the parts for less than 150 dollars after googling for parts.. . Labor price wasn't too bad. More

Amazing So, when I 1st arrived, no one would really speak to me. I walked around the new car lot, and checked out a few Chevy cruzes. I ended up leaving. So, So, when I 1st arrived, no one would really speak to me. I walked around the new car lot, and checked out a few Chevy cruzes. I ended up leaving. So, after driving about 2 miles decided to drive back and give it another chance. When I got out of my car, I decided to look at the vehicles on the front of the lot. When I headed back into the dealership, Terry met me outside. I shook his hand and said that I was interested in getting a new car but I would like to take a look and see what you have. I also have my work discount paperwork with me. We then headed to his desk and took a look at some of the inventory on the computer. It turned out the car that I had requested information for had just been sold earlier that day. He ended up grabbing a set of keys and we went outside to go take a look at what black Chevy Cruzes they had available. It turned out he grabbed a set of keys for a vehicle that I had already looked at and decided that I liked! I then asked him if we could go on a test drive. We got in the car and went over everything that was new with this 2017. After taking a test drive and going over a few additional things we headed back to the dealership. I told him that I wanted to get the car. We then went inside and went over some technical things, as well as my personal information. After going over what I would be paying monthly for the car I then met Stacey. Just like Terry, Stacey also did a fantastic job. I truly had an exceptional experience because Stacy and Terry both took the time to help me. I was a little upset because when I first arrived I literally waited for about 15 minutes and no one spoke to me. Terry changed all that. He went out of his way to help me set up the OnStar as well as go over any additional questions I had. Terry and Stacy both did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend this dealership just as it was recommended to me! More
