At the end of March, my husband and I purchased a car from this dealership for $19,000 out the door. Before agreeing to the sale, we specifically made a deal with the seller that the car would go through from this dealership for $19,000 out the door. Before agreeing to the sale, we specifically made a deal with the seller that the car would go through a full inspection/check and that all four tires would be replaced with new ones. The main reason we insisted on new tires was because we have a newborn, and safety was our top priority when purchasing this vehicle. Unfortunately, after recently taking the car to our mechanic because the steering wheel was shaking while driving, we were told that the tires currently on the vehicle are poor quality and need to be replaced. According to the mechanic, the bad tires are the reason for the shaking issue. We are extremely disappointed because replacing the tires was part of the agreement before purchasing the vehicle. We trusted the dealership to properly inspect the car and provide safe, quality replacements, but that clearly was not done. Buying a car is a major investment, and customers should be able to trust that dealerships will honor their promises and prioritize safety — especially when a family’s newborn is riding in that car. I hope the dealership takes responsibility for this situation and improves the quality and honesty of their service moving forward. More
