We knew that the car we wanted was not in stock but she was quickly able to give us an idea when the next shipment was due in and what was expected to come in. The other VW dealer was unable to give us the same information despite repeated promises to do so over a period of two weeks. Diana bent over backwards to make the sale without "selling". My wife hates car shopping, but she actually enjoyed car shopping at JD VW because of Diana Cecere. The service dept. at JD VW is also superb. So when it came time for me to buy a new car, I knew exactly where to go. I researched the VW cc online and called Diana. She immediately set up an appointment for me to come in. They gave me a fair quote for my 2006 Audi A6 and a great price for my new 2012 VW cc Lux Limited. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to purchase or lease a VW, Audi, or Porsche. Very good experience with dealer. Was competitive on price, offered a good trade in our our former car, and in the 8 months we have owned the car the service has been excellent.
