I bought a 2012 VW Touareg TDI Lux from Diana, last week. The car was a used demo car on the showroom floor. I told her that I would buy the car, but if I could take the VW that day, trade my BMW in that day The car was a used demo car on the showroom floor. Our experience today was simply amazing. We have been shopping for a VW CC for over a month and have been to four dealerships in Ocean/Monmouth county. After looking for 3 years for my EOS convertible my husband and I stopped in at Jack Daniels VW with only a 50% idea of purchasing my convertible. We were lucky to be paired up with Herman Gulbenkian! husband and I stopped in at Jack Daniels VW with only a 50% idea of purchasing my convertible. We were lucky to be paired up with Herman Gulbenkian! Honsetly, it was the easiest, most comfortable, professional experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Herman was amazing. Gentle, kind, knowledgeable, personable are all words to describe him. Being 2 days before Christmas you would think he would have rushed us, but NO. He took great care of us. Long story short...we narrowed it down to Indium Grey Metallic because I didn't like the other colors, got the Lux model, and even though we didn't see the color in daylight, I knew it was perfect. The paperwork was a breeze and when we picked up our new car 12/27 the time spent with Brandon was just as easy. Best things about this purchase for me were that 1. Herman and I share the same birthday (huge plus), the date on the inspection sticker is 12/17 (same birthday as my twins) and the whole experience was hassel FREE!
