We are consumers use many internet sites that either attract us to a particular vehicle or salesperson, some of us use helpful tools such as KBB.com and Edmunds.com I used TRUECar.com to select the best priced vehicle with the specific combinations of options I desired. Not only was the salesperson, in this case Business Development Manager, Michael Ventola responsive, he hung in there all the way. We must have exchanged over 20 emails over the course of 8 hours and even a few more the following day. Michael, never lost his cool with me and I'm extremely diligent and need everything nailed down. The most impressive and encouraging aspect of this transaction, was that we haven't spoken on the phone once. Michael exudes a calming demeanor, veteran experience and what I would say the best customer service and honesty that one should receive when making a purchase of any size. It has been a very long time since i have seen the level of professionalism, and knowledge base that Diana Cecere possesses. We typically lease a car every three years and have done so for about 20 years. You can usually expect to spend hours at the dealership going back and forth with the sales person who then has to talk to the manager and then the finance guy. Diana took care of everything for us and we were out of the dealership with a new lease signed in less than two hours which included the test drive. This is an excellent dealership and Diana is a fantastic sales person. The finance person, Alan, and everyone we met at the dealership right down to the person that greeted us at the door were very helpful and courteous. My wife could not be happier with he new car. We will without a doubt be back to see Diana when our lease comes due and we will highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More
