Both the service manager (Fred Gates) and the service associate were not helpful at all and didn't seem to care. Make sure you go to the correct facility for service not sales dept they fail to tell people this which they are in different locations. It happens so much they even have location cards made. They had a shot for a new client/customer lost it!!!! and its not just me refer Yelp and all the negatives there......... No more Volkswagens for me if you cant get quality CS when you need it what's the point More
