Excessive wait times for a routine oil change and multi point inspection. I had a tire rotation done but the mechanics did not check the tire pressures. I had the pressure sensor go off while driving home. point inspection. I had a tire rotation done but the mechanics did not check the tire pressures. I had the pressure sensor go off while driving home. I check the pressures myself and pumped them back to spec. I had to call several times before anyone from service answered and was told I just needed to reset the sensor. This is something that should have been check and completed the mechanic especially for the rate they charge. I asked to speak to a service manager, I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told he was not available. Terrible customer service and do not recommend. More
